Services:
WebVector provides a full range of Web services and options to fit any budget. Design your own pages
with the tools we provide, or have your site customized to meet your own special needs.
Then have your site hosted free by your Internet Service Provider*, or you can choose your
own domain name for a professional Internet presence and host your pages with a hosting
service of your choice. We'd be happy to talk to you about your options. Either way, we can handle all the messy details.

Site Design:
We can custom design your site to your specifications. With your graphics and your text, or text from printed material, either option can have your web site up and running quickly.
Website Packages:
Low-cost personal or informational sites may be created quickly using our template-based
packages. Although template designs are usually very limited, you can choose many of the elements in these pages yourself, allowing you to customize these
basic template pages. For more information on our Website Packages, click

Custom Design:
Tell us what you want your site to look like, provide the graphics and other elements, and
we will take it from there. You will promptly receive an estimate and, if approved, you
will receive regular updates of the work in progress for your input.
Estimates vary according to specification details, but the following base prices are used:
- $49.00 per HTML page
- $49.00 per hour for image work
- $49.00 per hour for server-side programming or scripting
If accepted, a deposit of one-third of the total estimate is required, with the remainder due on satisfactory completion. To request an estimate, please email us at:

Site Hosting:
WebVector offers several options for hosting your new site. One
will suit your needs at an affordable price.
Domain Hosting:
A business-related site may choose to register a domain name like www.mybusiness.com
and host the site on a monthly fee Internet server. As consultants, we will gladly arrange
these services for you, or recommend an appropriate and reliable vendor. Fees for domain
name registration and name service vary, as do monthly fees for hosting domain pages.
These hosting fees typically range from $6.95 to $99.95 per month, depending on whether
your site is purely informational, or requires server-side programming or e-commerce
capabilities. If needed, we will arrange or recommend the vendor and hosting plan that
best meets your needs at the lowest price.
ISP Hosting:
Many Internet Service Providers offer free Web space on their servers as part of the
service package, and this is a way to host your personal site at no additional cost. If
your site is created by WebVector, we will be happy to upload your files
to any ISP server that allows anonymous FTP. In this case, your Internet address will be
similar to www.yourISP.com/~yourUserID. WebVector accepts no
further responsibility for pages hosted on ISP servers, other than maintenance.*
Free Hosting Services:
There are a number of free services, such as Yahoo! Geocities®, that provide members with
Web space on their servers, and both membership and server space are typically free. The
amount of Web space and available options vary. The web address in this case would be
similar to www.freeservice.com/yourUserID.
These services make money from advertising, so advertisements are added to your
pages by the server when they are downloaded. This is another way to host your site at no
cost if you don't mind the ads. If your site is created by WebVector, we
will be happy to upload your files to any such free hosting service. WebVector
accepts no further responsibility for pages hosted on these free servers, other than
maintenance.*
* Some ISPs and free hosting services do not permit business sites on their
free servers. Please check with your ISP or free host for their member services.

Programming:
Java - Visual Basic
Stand-alone applications with user-friendly GUI (Graphical User Interface) for
database access, data entry and other office needs.
Java applets with or without a GUI for Web-based applications, games or Web page
interactivity.
Scripting:
JavaScript - Perl - MIVA - PHP
Server-side, client-side or both for Web site functionality, Web applications or
protecting proprietary information.
Database:
MS Access - MySQL - Pointbase
Stand-alone or Web-based applications using these popular database platforms with
Java or Visual Basic front end.
